2020 – What a year it is proving to be.

This is the first new blog post for Hope Law since January, when we took a few minutes to wish all of you a happy new year. Of course that was a sincere wish to all of you, but who could have anticipated what this year would bring? Trying to strike the right tone here is tricky. Before I met Sally, she was a single mum. On the day of our wedding, both Sally and our eldest child officially became Ropers and although he is “technically” my step-son, I have always considered him to be my son.
