Making a difference
Every month we give
10% of our profits to different charities and organisations.
Our chosen organisation for September & October is…
Project Pearl is on a mission to see women who feel trapped in the sex industry set free from exploitation and able to live independent lives to their full potential.
The charity provides a home from home support programme for women wanting to leave the sex industry. The women who have been supported have spoken of feeling trapped and helpless. They often struggle to leave the exploitative situations they find themselves in, feeling that they have no choice but to keep working and living on the streets.
Sadly, there is very limited trauma-informed, specialist support and accommodation for women who want to leave the sex industry and who may also be dealing with addiction and other complex issues. Project Pearl tackles a critical gap in support for women in Greater Manchester seeking to exit the sex industry. Through outreach, drop ins and chaplaincy, many women are already being supported, and now he charity are working to create a home from home sanctuary for women wanting to leave the sex industry.
Here at Hope Law, we are proud to be supporting and championing the work of Project Pearl, who have already made a dramatic and life-changing difference to the lives of women in Manchester. Please join us in donating to their ground-breaking work today.
